Eliminating yeasts and moulds using the Nocospray dry mist
To solve the problem of eliminating yeasts and moulds in the packaging sector where hygiene must be impeccable, Oxy’Pharm recommends regular use of Nocospray, an automated surface treatment device capable of disinfecting up to 1,000 m3. This solution reduces the level of yeasts and moulds depending on the activitý from just 1 mL of product for every m3 treated.
It quickly bio-disinfects and can treat a volume of 1,000 m3 in 1 hour of diffusion time, with 30 minutes of contact time (i.e. 1mL/m3). “We recommend carrying out the treatment at night for a daily treatment“, advises Oxy’Pharm.
The other advantage of this method is that it is “zero humidity”. The Nocolyse Food product used is diffused as a dry, biodegradable mist. No intervention is required before treatment (except for cleaning) or after treatment (no wiping, ventilating or rinsing required).

Sanivap no-rinse detergent
Oxy’Pharm recommends the use of steam bio-cleaning with the Sanivap SP600 steam generator*. The steam provides a detergent treatment against yeast and mould but also reaches the most difficult to reach places and/or machines.
Out of the various steam generators in the Sanivap range and its diverse range of treatment accessories, the use of the SP600 steam generator ensures a complete and effective cleaning of all surfaces using a rinse-free process. The ergonomic handle, the very limited use of water and the immediate drying of surfaces are some of the advantages of this solution.
