The importance of preliminary cleaning
The surfaces are decontaminated after the end-of-site
cleaning (cleaning and washing walls, dusting, evacuation
of waste, degreasing, airing, etc.).
It prepares the surfaces and ensures that the subsequent
disinfection is effective: these preliminary cleaning stages are therefore
imperative.
Decontaminating consists of cleaning surfaces (ceilings, walls, floors,
supports and furniture), using a detergent treatment and can
be done with steam and biodegradable detergents. This method means that there is no need to rinse like you would have to
do with a chemical detergent.
Steam bio-cleaning and detergent
Sanivap
The Sanivap solution is based on a steam treatment, with a water injection or with a hydrogen peroxide solution. The range includes steam generators (SP400, SP500, SP600, SP800 and SP540H) and a variety of treatment accessories for thorough and effective cleaning.
Sanivap devices produce high temperature steam which guarantees their effectiveness in terms of detergent: elimination of dirt and biofilms, no residual chemical traces.
The high temperature (150°C) and pressure (5 bar) steam has unbeatable cleaning power!
The Oxy’Pharm certifies that the Sanivap devices are medical devices and comply with the standard: NF 72-110 (bactericide, yeasticide, fungicide and virucide).
ALPHA CLEAN
The Alpha Clean solution provides bio-cleaning of your instruments before the sterilisation process. The range consists of an auto-washer and a neutral product (Clean One solution) which provides the automatic and complete treatment of all instruments after use and before sterilisation. The device has a single ultrasound tray that opens like a drawer. Soiled instruments from the treatment area, are placed in there directly. The duration of the cycle is 45 min.
BIOSWEEP
The aim of the detergent action is to reduce the quantity of micro-organisms found on the surfaces (biofilm) and to remove the dirt. Detergency is achieved by using BIOSWEEP S® and/or BIOSWEEP Z® biodegradable detergents to clean the surfaces in the room concerned and BIOMOP® biodegradable detergent to clean the floors in the room concerned.
