Hygiene is more than ever a major issue in the health industry. In order to meet these needs, Oxy’Pharm has set up a complete hygiene concept by combining its Sanivap and Nocotech product ranges to guarantee impeccable bio-cleaning and bio-disinfection.

Sanivap: the leading range in steam bio-cleaning

With its vapour generators (SP400, SP540H, SP500/600 and SP800) and accessories adapted to each treatment situation, SANIVAP guarantees:

Efficiency on multi-resistant micro-organisms and safety for humans;
Savings: the steam method no longer requires the use of detergents and disinfectants and reduces consumption;

High-temperature, pressurised, disinfecting steam;
• Reliability and performance for intensive professional use;
• Easy to use;
• SANIVAP devices are medical devices and comply with the standard: NF 72-110.

Sanivap and Nocotech: the unique combination of steam bio-cleaning and automated bio-disinfection

A complete hygiene solution that combines the best of the ranges:

• Sanivap for steam bio-cleaning removes biofilm and complex dirt using a water system at a stable and controlled temperature throughout the cleaning;
• Nocotech for bio-disinfection disinfects every squared cm of the surfaces to be treated using airborne surface disinfection technology.

Nocotech: 100% automated bio-disinfection range

For automated surface disinfection by dry diffusion, the Nocotech range is based on the combined action of an automated surface treatment device (Nocospray) and a liquid disinfection product (Nocolyse+) or insect repellent (Oxypy and Oxypy+). The airborne diffusion that then takes place makes it possible to treat even the most difficult to access surfaces. The Nocotech range guarantees:

• Safe disinfection;
• The use of a very small amount of product;
• Certified efficiency (EN 17272 standard);
• Insecticide treatment against scabies, bedbugs and crawling and flying insects;
• Time saving: no preparation or action other than cleaning before or after treatment is required;

The combination is effective, fast to use, easy, economical, environmentally friendly and safe for humans. And for optimal results, OXY’PHARM trains its customers in the use of SANIVAP and NOCOTECH devices.

Reviews

When fewer COVID patients started coming in, we looked for a sufficiently effective disinfection solution for patients to be able to stay again in a healthy and controlled environment. Having already worked with the company SANIVAP, we turned to steam disinfection. Then, the Nocospray device became essential to us. The processes were set up with the hospital’s operational hygiene team. This maintenance method is applied to control the risk of surface transmission in a unit or area that has had COVID patients/residents staying for several weeks, prior to admitting non-COVID patients. This also allows us to intervene more effectively after patients with scabies have stayed in the rooms.
After the laundry and waste have been removed and the room has been ventilated, the bio-cleaning phase begins. The surfaces are disinfected using the Sanivap steam cleaner paired with automated bio-disinfection using the Nocospray device. This ensures that all the equipment and furniture in the room is disinfected. The quantity of product diffused will then depend on the volume of the room, here again the design of the device can adjust to be accessible to all. This is a lengthy process, taking about 3 hours per room. The benefit of it is therefore to ensure that patients can stay without risk of transmission, and to allow the teams to work while reducing their fears of being in a contaminated environment.
