Clémence M. has been working at Sanivap since 2016, well before the company was acquired by the Oxy’Pharm group in 2019. She has therefore been part of the Sales Administration team for nine years, a small team of three people who are essential to the smooth running of customer relations and sales follow-up.
A key role between needs and solutions
At Sanivap, Clémence is on the front line responding to customer requests. Advice, support, listening: her mission is to understand needs in order to best guide those she interacts with. “I work in customer relations, advising customers on machines, accessories, etc. I try to understand their expectations so I can guide them upstream,” she explains.
The exchange often begins with an email or phone call, followed by the sending of technical data sheets or product presentations. Once the need has been clearly defined, the file can then be forwarded to the sales team. But Clémence doesn’t stop there: quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoicing… she manages the entire process from start to finish, working directly with purchasing centers such as Ugap. This versatility is invaluable in an environment where responsiveness is essential.
The Art of juggling priorities
There is no typical day for Clémence. Every morning begins with opening her email inbox, always with a little apprehension… and a lot of enthusiasm. “First the urgent matters, then the orders, quotes, delivery notes, invoicing… It’s a continuous cycle that requires rigor and adaptability,” she summarizes.
Her daily routine is punctuated by a variety of tasks, sometimes unexpected requests, and meticulous organization. “What I like is that no two days are ever the same. Every customer and every request is unique.”
Among the highlights of her career, Clémence recalls an urgent order placed at 9 a.m. that had to be prepared and shipped the same day. “The whole team rallied together to get the pallet out on time,” she recalls.
A smooth transition
The arrival of Oxy’Pharm in 2019 marked an important milestone in Sanivap’s history. It was an exciting yet uncertain period of transition, particularly with visits from several potential buyers from different regions. “There was a lot of coming and going, with visits from teams from Lyon, Paris, Switzerland… I still remember the Rouleau family, it made an impression on me,” she says.
A few months later, the team left the old premises in Sainte-Consorce and moved to Lozanne. The move marked a new beginning, with more suitable premises and a consolidated organization. Today, the premises are spacious, the organization runs smoothly, and the integration into the group has been seamless.
Looking to the future
Clémence is also familiar with the Oxy’Pharm range, particularly Nocospray, which she discovered during the COVID-19 pandemic. “We used it every evening to disinfect the offices. I know the products, even if I haven’t yet remembered all the names, especially the most recent ones like Nocospray Kube.”
And although she hasn’t yet had the opportunity to attend a trade show, she’s keen to do so: “I’d love to go to a trade show in Lyon, like SF2H. It would be a great experience.”
A word for our customers
To those who cross her path every day, Clémence would like to send a simple and sincere message:
Thank you for your loyalty, your trust, and above all your feedback. It is thanks to your comments that we are able to progress and improve every day.
