As its manager, he leads his team with precision and creativity, turning ideas into tangible innovations. With a team of three, he orchestrates every step of the development process, from initial design to final implementation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20239″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]A Key Role in Innovation<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]\u201cWe are a team of three. My role is to act as the conductor: I coordinate projects from drafting the specifications to finalizing the assembly plans,\u201d<\/em> Julien explains. He designs and develops products, exploring technical possibilities to meet Oxy\u2019Pharm\u2019s needs. The creation process is structured into several steps:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

  2. Designing plans and digital schematics<\/li>\n
  3. Prototyping<\/li>\n
  4. Assembly and testing to ensure functionality<\/li>\n
  5. Adjustments based on feedback<\/li>\n
  6. Finalizing the assembly plans for the workshop<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]\u201cI don\u2019t consider myself an inventor but rather a designer. My job is to bring ideas to life by conceptualizing them.\u201d<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=””]Inspiration as an Art Form<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]For Julien, product development is akin to art. \u201cThere\u2019s no magic formula. Ideas are in the air, and we are channels to materialize them. Personally, my best ideas come when I\u2019m alone, often while driving, in a meditative state.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

    Among his many projects, Julien proudly highlights the development of the Nocospray KUBE<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cThis product embodies simplicity within complexity. The challenge was to integrate complex technical elements into a simple design. Some might say, \u2018It\u2019s simple; I could have done it.\u2019 But designing and executing it is another matter entirely.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

    Another notable project is the SP Mini<\/strong><\/a>, developed in 2024 following Oxy\u2019Pharm\u2019s acquisition of Sanivap in 2019. \u201cThe steam technology was new to me. I had to collaborate with the Sanivap team to understand the field and create a suitable product. It was an enriching challenge.\u201d<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Technical Challenges: A Daily Drive<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Designing machines in diverse fields gives Julien the chance to explore new technologies. \u201cEvery project is an opportunity to learn. For example, the SP Mini allowed me to delve into steam technology, which I hadn\u2019t mastered before.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

    But challenges aren\u2019t just technical. Julien amusingly shares that he sometimes finds solutions in his dreams. \u201cOccasionally, I wake up with a clear idea of a concept. Or while driving, an idea strikes, and I have to jot it down quickly. That\u2019s why I always keep a notebook and pen in my car\u2019s armrest.\u201d<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=””]A Passion for Creativity<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]What Julien loves most about his work is the creative aspect. \u201cEvery project is different, and I\u2019m fortunate to express my creativity through my work.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

    For him, each new design is an opportunity to surpass himself. \u201cMy favorites? Always the latest products launched. They reflect the evolution and progress in our design approach.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

    Julien concludes with a thought for the users of the products he develops. \u201cI conceptualize without always thinking directly about the users but rather about my mission.
